Note: Comment Ranking is designed for only public posts. Hence, ensure that you have allowed anyone to view your posts.

In Facebook app → Menu Button → Settings → Account Settings → Privacy → tap on Who can see the people, pages and lists you follow? → select Public
On the web, go to facebook.com → menu button → Settings → Public Posts → click on the drop down menu and select Public

Step #1. Open Facebook on your device and tap on Menu button.

Step #2. Now, scroll down and tap on Settings & Privacy Button. (On some iDevices you need to tap on Settings.)

Remaining steps are same for both, iDevice and Android device.

Step #3. Tap on Account Settings. (On some of the iDevices you need to tap on Account settings in the Popup Menu.)

Step #5. Finally, go to Comment Ranking section and select ON.
